Step 1: Move To LA

Just arrived to LA a few days ago. I quit my job as a network engineer back in July and did a 3-day road trip from Michigan to Los Angeles: 32 hours! Won't EVER do that again. Ended up getting in an accident with a truck tire blowout in Oklahoma and ate McDonald's for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Won't EVER do that again either...

Since I was a little kid I loved movies. And as I grew up I realized I wanted to be a movie producer. Overseeing the entire process of a film from development stage all the way to the day it is released in theatres sounded like a blast!

In college, I decided to get a MBA. It allowed me to kill 2 birds with one stone.

• 1st Bird: As a producer, you need to know all about business practices (finance, marketing, legal, etc.)
• 2nd Bird: If the producer thing didn't work out, I still had a MBA. I'll just work at some Fortune 500 company as a VP with a six-figure salary.

Over the next few years, I will be posting updates on my life in LA and my journey from being the "New Guy In Town" to "Hollywood's Most Powerful Producer". Gotta love that confidence and faith, right? So ladies and gentlemen welcome to my blog:
